The Omni silver tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) probes maximize nanoRaman TERS systems.

The Omni silver tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) probes from Horiba Scientific (Edison, NJ) maximize the company's nanoRaman TERS systems, as they are able to produce Raman signal enhancement at 633/638 nm down to 10 nm resolution and below. The probes, which enable top, side, and bottom optical access, are made of bulk noble metal (STM tips) or with a multilayer coating on AFM tips.
