LED

Jan. 1, 1999
The MTSP-312 LED features a high-intensity red-orange (623 nm) InGaAlP chip mounted close to the top of a flat-top optical-grade epoxy T1 3/4 LED package. The accuracy of the chip centering makes the device useful for fiberoptic and point-source applications in which external lenses are used. The package dimensions allow the device to be used with standard fiber coupler housings.
