January 2015, Auburn, MA – PI’s M-417 precision linear stage combines a ½ meter travel range with sub-micrometer resolution for demanding positioning and automation applications.

Its robust mechanical design provides reliable motion over extended distances, while precision guidance and position feedback support accurate, repeatable positioning. The M-417 is well suited for metrology, inspection, laser processing, optical systems, and industrial automation requiring both long travel and fine motion control.

The stage can be integrated with PI motion controllers to create a fully configured and optimized positioning solution.
