    Developed two 1.5 meter class Ion Beam Sputtering chambers capable of uniformly coating optics as large as 18” in diameter. Precision optical coatings with 1% variation in uniformity across the substrate and 15 ppm total loss are deposited for wavelengths from UV to Mid-IR. All cleaning and metrology are in-house.
