The Model 765 fast pulse and delay generator delivers 2 or 4 independent channels at up to 800 MHz. Rise and fall time stays below 70 ps (20% to 80%), with 10 ps resolution on period, width, and delay, and period jitter of 4 ps. Amplitude spans 10 mVpp to 5 Vpp. Remote SCPI control runs over LAN, with local control from a 7 inch touchscreen. Built for big physics, radar and sonar, semiconductor test.
