The Model 588B is a 12- or 24-channel rackmount digital delay generator with up to 36 multiplexed outputs sharing one low-jitter timebase. Delay resolution reaches 250 ps across a 0–2,000 s range, pulse widths span 10 ns to 2,000 s, jitter staying under 50 ps RMS channel-to-channel. Normal, single-shot, burst, and duty-cycle modes are configurable per channel. USB, RS-232, and Ethernet interfaces support SCPI programming for automated multi-channel timing in ICCD, PIV, and laser-triggering setups.
