    aPeak sells Si and SiC sensor arrays with single-photon sensitivity, mixed-signal ROIC arrays for Geiger avalanche photodiodes and custom detection technologies for scientific and special applications.

    Products

    SiCpm with single-photon UV sensitivity operate at higher temperature than Si and are radiation hard.
    GPD arrays are assembled with fiber-optic tapers to allow direct contact to scintillating crystals or plates.
    AQCs are used with GPD arrays to decrease the reset time of the Geiger avalanche and improve on afterpulsing. AQC timing jitter is 40ps and reset time is 20ns.
