A radiometric version of the MicroCalibir LWIR compact camera platform provides absolute temperature information of sub-50 mK NETD with a dynamic range >650°C.  It integrates the company’s 12 μm microbolometer pixel technology with a deep-ADC ROIC circuit. Designed for machine vision, it provides resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (VGA) or 320 × 240 pixels (QVGA).
