The DSC2-100S extended InGaAs photodiodes have uses in 1.2–2.2 µm applications.

The DSC2-100S extended InGaAs photodiodes have uses in 1.2–2.2 µm applications, including coherent and direct detection for environmental sensing, biosensing, free-space optical communications, wind lidar, frequency combs, and fiber laser development. Featuring 50 mA and higher current handling, the photodiodes are available in K or SMA coax and surface-mount fiber-optic modules, as well as in the company's Lab Buddy benchtop O/E instrument. Multimode fiber options up to a core size of 100 µm are available.
