UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer from Shimadzu comes with three detectors

Jan. 30, 2015
The UV-3600 Plus UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer is equipped with a photomultiplier tube for the UV and visible regions, and InGaAs and cooled PbS detectors for the NIR region.

The UV-3600 Plus UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer is equipped with three detectors: a photomultiplier tube for the UV and visible regions, and indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) and cooled lead sulfide (PbS) detectors for the NIR region. A double monochromator attains a low stray-light level (0.00005% max at 340 nm).
