A series of high-speed amplified photodetectors is ac-coupled. The model ET2010A silicon detector has a bandwidth of 50 kH¥to 800 MH¥and a gain of 30 dB. The model ET3000A InGaAs detector has a bandwidth of 50 kH¥to 1.5 GH¥and a gain of 30 dB.
