Image sensor offers LED flicker mitigation
The OX01J 1.3 Mpixel image sensor has uses in automotive 360° surround-view systems (SVS) and rear-view cameras (RVC). It is a raw image sensor with LED flicker mitigation (LFM) and 140 dB HDR. It features a 3 µm pixel in a 1/3.55 in. optical format. Housed in a CSP package, it is built on the company’s PureCelPlus architecture.
