LWIR camera has shutterless, uncooled design
The MicroCube 640E Ultra-SWaP thermal core camera uses a MIPI-CS2 variant interface for point-to-point image and video transmission. The shutterless, uncooled longwave-infrared (LWIR) camera offers VGA resolution, 12 µm pixels, automated gain control, and trigger. It is used in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), robot-type platforms, rifle sights, and handheld devices.
