Designed for mobile applications, the Topaz 2 and 1.5 Mpixel CMOS sensors are housed in a 4.45-mm-wide chip-size package. They feature a 1/3 in. optical format with a 2.5 µm global shutter that uses in-pixel correlated double sampling, and advanced dual-light guides for optimal signal-to-noise ratio at low light with low crosstalk.
