LUCID Vision Labs 3D time-of-flight module available
Helios Flex is a precalibrated time-of-flight (ToF) MIPI module, designed for integration into embedded platforms for 3D object detection and measurement in industrial and robotics applications. It uses a back-illuminated ToF image sensor and has four 850 nm VCSEL laser diodes. It provides 640 × 480 depth resolution at up to 6 m distance.
