    Advanced medical devices distributor Vital Corporation will distribute cellular-level retinal imaging device maker Imagine Eyes' rtx1 adaptive optics retinal camera in Japan.

    Advanced medical devices distributor Vital Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) will distribute cellular-level retinal imaging device maker Imagine Eyes' rtx1 adaptive optics retinal camera in Japan.

    Falling on the heels of its CE mark approval in September 2012, the camera also received Shonin medical device regulatory approval from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (also in Tokyo), enabling Japanese ophthalmologists to visualize their patients’ retinas in unparalleled detail, states Vital Corporation president Masao Ichinoseki.
