Dental laser maker Biolase opens new training center for dental professionals

Biolase has unveiled its Biolase Learning Center that will provide a comprehensive laser training experience for dental professionals.

Dental laser developer and manufacturer Biolase (Irvine, CA) has unveiled its Biolase Learning Center that will provide a comprehensive laser training experience for dental professionals. The new center will allow the company to offer more laser training courses onsite at its headquarters in Irvine.

The 4587-sq-ft. center houses a main lecture hall that seats more than 50 and a hands-on laser lab featuring the company's WaterLase iPlus all-tissue lasers and EPIC X diode lasers at each station, among other offerings.

Biolase president and CEO Harold C. Flynn, Jr. explains the center is aimed at customers and affiliated institutions such as the World Clinical Laser Institute and regional dental schools that require laser education capabilities beyond what their university can provide.
