Propelled by infrared (IR) energy—which penetrates the skin up to three inches—Cardio Infrared Technologies’ (Henderson, NV) BioFit infrared stationary work-out bicycle currently used to shed weight and lose inches can now be used for body sculpting as well.

The BioFit bike’s technology combines 3,300 W of IR energy and light exercise to lose weight and inches. Pulse-synchronized IR rays perform deep thermal heating of the affected areas of the body by inducing lipolysis—the breaking down of lipids—to detoxify and improve the body’s overall health and well-being.

However, recent clinical trials found that that the BioFit can be used to move unwanted fat from various parts of the body to areas that the client would prefer to have the additional fat—like the breasts or the buttocks for females—according to Wayne Bailey, Cardio Infrared Technologies’ CEO. A new software program for the BioFit, combined with adjusting the bike’s 33 IR lamps, modifies the bike’s present programs to allow for body sculpting. When used three times per week for 40 minutes each time, the new programming adjusts the BioFit to sculpt the body into the client’s desired shape, he says.

Driven by the BioFit bike’s newfound ability to perform body sculpting, coupled with U.S. sales and manufacturing coming to fruition soon, Cardio Infrared Technologies anticipates 300% year-over-year growth this year, claims Bailey.
