Optical filters maker Delta Light & Optics has opened an office in North America to support their expanding customer base for linear variable filters and advanced optical filters and components, particularly in biomedical imaging applications.

Optical filters maker Delta Light & Optics (Horsholm, Denmark) has opened an office in North America to support their expanding customer base for linear variable filters and advanced optical filters and components, particularly in biomedical imaging applications.

The company supplies linear variable filters used in fluorescence microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, flow cytometry, wavelength selectors, biomedical laser systems, point-of-care instrumentation, optical coherence tomography (OCT), imaging transfer systems, color separation systems, monochromators, and micro-plate readers, among others.

They also provide single, multiband, laserline, and broadband bandpass filters; long-pass filters; short-pass filters; notch filters; dichroic and polarizing beamsplitters; and other custom-coated optical components.
