The standard blue and red laser configuration contains two scatter detectors and four fluorescence detectors with interference filters optimized for detecting FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5, APC, and PE-Cy7. Applications include field work for plants, bacteria, environmental research, industrial applications, and educational use in classrooms.
