OEM monolithic light engines from Melles Griot are available in three or more output wavelengths from 405 to 785 nm and powers up to 200 mW for applications such as flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, microarray and retinal scanning, capillary electrophoresis, laser-induced fluorescence, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

OEM monolithic light engines from Melles Griot (Carlsbad, CA) are available in three or more output wavelengths from 405 to 785 nm and powers up to 200 mW for applications such as flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, microarray and retinal scanning, capillary electrophoresis, laser-induced fluorescence, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Features include a hermetically sealed design and patented beam combiner, and the internal laser components, combining elements, and beam-shaping optics are held at a constant temperature to enable pointing and power stability and ultra-low optical noise.
