    Lens nanopositioning system

The Nano-F3D lens nanopositioning system positions an objective lens in 3-D. A travel range of 100 μm in each axis makes the system suitable for 4Pi microscopy and other fluorescence imaging applications. PicoQ sensors with closed-loop control enable mounting on microscopes and optical fixturing.

    Fluorescent imaging app

The IVIS Imaging app for iPad and iPhone demonstrates some of the main features of the company’s IVIS Optical Imaging platform. It shows in-vivo bioluminescent and fluorescent imaging workflow on an IVIS using the Living Image software. A filter selection tool allows selection between emission and excitation filters for a selected IVIS system and imaging options. Additional features include bioluminescent and fluorescent probe selections, as well as visual bar chart-based filter selection recommendations.

    Portable spectrometer

Suitable for Raman microscopy, the i-Raman portable spectrometer system does not require sample preparation and measures through glass, quartz, plastic and other materials to eliminate direct sample contact. Features include 3 cm-1 spectral resolution, wide Raman shift coverage, a TE-cooled 2048 pixel array and the company’s CleanLaze technology. A fiber-optic interface allows data collection within 175 cm-1 of the Rayleigh line.

    InGaAs camera/detector

The Nunavut InGaAs camera/detector combo line enables low-light spectroscopy in the near-infrared region, and is available in 900–1700, 1100–2200 and 1250–2500 nm linear array configurations for real-time spectral data acquisition. The combo enables “soft” cooling to -20°C, deep air cooling to -55°C and optional water cooling to -90°C.
