Power, energy, and position sensors from Newport track with 0.1 mm positional accuracy
The PEPS series of optical power, energy, and position sensors measure laser power and single-shot energy. These quad-cell thermopile sensors also measure laser beam position, tracking beams with 0.1 mm positional accuracy. The included PMManager software allows for beam stability measurement.
