A VUV-STS vacuum ultraviolet spectral test system measures reflectance as a function of angle of incidence.

A VUV-STS vacuum ultraviolet spectral test system measures reflectance as a function of angle of incidence. Optical performance is measured “at wavelength” and determines optical constants. It operates in the 30–160 nm region, with options to 300 nm. The system includes a 1 m grazing-incidence monochromator coupled to a windowless hollow-cathode light source.
