The AspheroCheck UP measurement system for aspherical lenses determines surface decentration, measuring centers of curvature on both lens surfaces. A motorized tilt and shift table aligns the lens, and a non-contact sensor measures the surface tilt. The entire process is carried out in one pass, shortening measurement time to under a minute.
