The S6|HR interferometer with Spectrally Controlled Interferometry (SCI) technology measures 500 µm to 6 mm optics by removing backreflections and unwanted secondary interference. This provides the ability to measure micro-optic RGB combiners, prisms, plates, and transmitted wavefront.
