The 157-1-16 optical thickness gauge measures absolute optical thickness of materials that are 14 μm to 16 mm thick.

The 157-1-16 optical thickness gauge measures absolute optical thickness of materials that are 14 μm to 16 mm thick. It measures thickness of a single layer or multiple layers to an accuracy of ±0.1 μm. Its interferometer design virtually eliminates thermal drift to maintain accuracy and repeatability over the specified operational environmental conditions.
