The NOYES FLX380 FlexTester3 series of handheld, broadband network optical time domain reflectometers combine an OTDR, optical light source, optical power meter, and visual fault locator in a rugged, handheld unit. It has a mechanism to prevent users from initiating service-disrupting tests in a passive optical network.
