A series of digital radius slides is designed for use with the company's 4D AccuFiz compact laser interferometers. The slides provide accurate axial positioning for measuring the radius of curvature of concave or convex optics. One model is a linear-encoder-based version with 1 micron axial resolution, and a second laser-based option has 10 nm axial resolution.
