The Beam Analyzer Touch is a small-footprint, stand-alone unit with a built-in touch screen and measuring head. It uses patented tomographic image reconstruction of 2D/3D images to measure beam profile, beam size, beam shape, position, and power. With a spectral range from 190 to 2700 nm, it can measure beam sizes from 2 micron to 10 mm with 0.1 micron resolution.
