The PSC-CMS-3M miniature infrared thermometer’s sensing head measures 14 by 28 mm, for use in tightly confined areas in scientific and medical equipment, semiconductor tools, industrial processes, and OEM equipment manufacturing. It handles temperatures of 50 to 600°C, with spectral response of 2.3 micron, and target spot sizes down to 1 mm.
