A compact digital gallium-nitride UV sensor from Genicom measures only ultraviolet light, blocking visible light. It has 16-bit resolution with programmable gain and integration time. It comes in a 2 × 2.3 mm SMD COB package and is designed for portable applications such as cell phones, wearable devices, and cycle navigation gaming accessories.
