The OptiGauge LT has a measurement range of 12 μm to 5 mm optical thickness with an accuracy of 2 μm. Using patented optical interferometric technology, it measures absolute thickness of any translucent, transparent, or colored materials, with real-time, noncontact measurement of single- or multi-layer materials. It can be integrated with a desktop or laptop computer.
