ILX Lightwave laser diode production burn-in system delivers 30 A of drive current

The Spartan LTS-7540 laser diode production burn-in system can deliver 30 A of drive current to 252 devices in one rack. A color touch panel eliminates the need for a separate computer control system, and a web interface gives full access to the system for test setup, data download, and status checking. Current ramp rates, output current and temperature set points, and temperature-operating windows are adjustable.
