The Beamage-4M-FOCUS 4.2 Mpixel laser beam profiling camera features an extra-large aperture of 20.5 mm2 based on an optical fiber taper.

The Beamage-4M-FOCUS 4.2 Mpixel laser beam profiling camera features an extra-large aperture of 20.5 mm2 based on an optical fiber taper. This concentrates the beam onto an 11.3 mm2 sensor, resulting in a multiplication factor of 1.8, with all necessary corrections done by software. It can measure beams as small at 120 μm.
