The 671MX high vacuum-compatible, current-to-voltage converting amplifier is developed for use with vacuum-UV silicon photodiodes.

The 671MX high vacuum-compatible, current-to-voltage converting amplifier is developed for use with vacuum-UV silicon photodiodes. The combination detector/amplifier hybrid can measure small photo-generated currents with resolutions of 10 fA and dynamic ranges of four orders of magnitude.
