    The IQFROG optical pulse analyzer includes software to measure a wider range of pulse characteristics, including broad chirped pulses for chirped-pulse amplification (CPA). Hardware comes in IQFROG 1.5 μm and IQFROG 1.0 μm, each optimized for a specific wavelength range, with 200 ps of temporal scan range to measure pulses to 50 ps.
