A series of cryogenic probe arms now have an optional terahertz-frequency probe arm, which allows precise measurement of devices operating at 75–110 GHz.

A series of cryogenic probe arms now have an optional terahertz-frequency probe arm, which allows precise measurement of devices operating at 75–110 GHz (the WR10 band) or 140–220 GHz (the WR5.1 band). It performs calibrated S-parameter and other high-frequency measurements as a function of low temperature and in high magnetic field.
