Instrument Systems stray-light correction matrix has utility in UV LED characterization

A stray light correction matrix in the calibration process of array spectrometers makes it possible to suppress stray light by an order of magnitude, down to 10-5.

A stray light correction matrix in the calibration process of array spectrometers makes it possible to suppress stray light by an order of magnitude, down to 10-5. The 10% higher sensitivity in the UV range leads to ~ 3-4% higher accuracy in radiometric measurement for more accurate characterization of UV LEDs.
