Mahr Federal lens measurement system evaluates aspheres

The MarForm MFU 200 Aspheric 3D measuring station evaluates optical components, including freeform, aspheric, and spherical lenses. It is CNC-operated with nine motorized axes, an interferometric point sensor for fully non-contact measurements, and a tactile probing system for surfaces that prevent the interferometer from interacting well with the rough surface.
