Wavelength meter

May 1, 1995
Model 7711 wavelength meter can measure the wavelength of pulsed or CW sources from 400 nm to 1 µm with 0.001-nm resolution and 0.01-nm wavelength accuracy. The unit uses a Fizeau interferometer instead of a Michelson one. Wavelength can be read in nanometers or wavenumbers and is available through a GPIB interface.
