The EPO-5000 diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser is designed for industrial applications including micromachining, IC and LCD repair, marking, and material processing and can be mounted on a microscope or other vibration-sensitive platform. With a Q-switch, the laser provides nanosecond pulses at 0-5-kH¥repetition rates. When frequency quadrupled to 266 nm, the laser produces a focused beam diameter of less than 10 mm. The passively cooled laser offers a small footprint and TTL interface.
