Contract awardees include Evergreen Solar Inc. (Somerville, MA), Solar Engineering Applications (Santa Clara, CA), and Solar Electric Specialties Inc. (Willits, CA). . . . Integrated Process Equipment Corp. (San Jose, CA) has acquired the precision materials operation of Hughes Danbury Optical Systems (Danbury, CT).
