Depth-of-field gauge
The DOF 1-40 target provides depth-of-field measurements referenced to one of four line-pair spacing arrangements (1, 10, 20, and 40 lp/mm) on the inclined portion of the target. This ram¥extends for 50 mm in the horizontal and vertical directions. The target can be used in determining the amount of movement an object can have before its image becomes unacceptable. Applications include determining and maintaining capabilities of imaging systems such as fiber boroscopes or machine-vision devices.
