Compact interferometer

The LARS/200 is a complete laser-based distance-measuring interferometer that is prealigned for a resolution of 0.01 µm and slew rates u¥to 12 in./s. The device can be connected to existing controllers or interfaced to a PC. The design includes laser, interferometer, receiver, and electronic modules.
