Laser spectrum analyzer

Jan. 1, 1997
The RFP-3600 Resolver provides real-time spectral analysis of pulsed and CW lasers with spectral resolution of as much as 100 MH¥(or 0.003 cm-1). Operation of the instrument can be customized for use at UV or near-IR wavelengths. Three spectral ranges allow the system to be configured for large- or narrow-linewidth lasers.
