Cuvette holder
A fiberoptic-cuvette-holder assembly is designed for spectrophotometric fluorescence measurements. The 1-cm-path-length system includes a pair of 5-mm-diameter collimating lenses installed at a 90° angle plus a 0.25-in. accessory filter slot. The holder has an optically black stainless-steel to¥to block ambient light and to block the light path when taking dark-current measurements.
