Near-IR sensors

A series of InGaAs sensors are available for near-IR imaging and spectroscopy. The linear arrays have pixel sizes ranging from 26 ¥ 30 to 38 ¥ 900 µm. The material is manufactured to provide good performance for industrial applications at room temperature in the 0.8 to 1.7-µm range. A built-in thermoelectric Peltier cooler is available for Raman spectroscopy and other applications.
