Spectrum analyzer

Feb. 1, 1997
The RFP-3600 Resolver Pulsed Laser Spectrum Analyzer automatically measures the linewidth, longitudinal mode structure, and frequency stability of each laser pulse, a selected laser pulse, or an average of pulses to a resolution as high as 100 MHz. The analyzer uses Fizeau and Fabry-Perot etalons and can be customized for wavelengths ranging from the UV to the near-IR. The system includes a single-board computer and display.
