Images with 640 ¥ 480 resolution can be displayed at 30 H¥and captured at 6 Hz, which allows sudden beam-profile changes to be observed. The LS-5 is optimized for operation under Windows NT. Free software plug-ins for additional instruments, such as power meters, can be used with the profiler using a National Instruments A/D card.
